All In – Growing

Spiritual formation is one of Hope Church’s core values, and it was the topic that Pastor Andy covered in his message¬†Growing. Continuing our current series All In, Andy talked about the five categories of spiritual maturity: intellectual, emotional, internal, practical, and relational. Drawing from a wide range of New Testament texts, Andy gave us a vision of what a spiritually mature disciple of Jesus looks like.

There are many Scripture passages that give us a good, practical picture of spiritual maturity. Here are nine that would be excellent for you to meditate upon this week.

Matthew 5-7.
Romans 12-15.
Galatians 5:13-6:5.
Ephesians 4:17-5:21.
Colossians 3:1-17.
1 Thessalonians 4:1-12.
Titus 3:1-11.
James.
1 Peter 1:13-2:3.

Andy covered a lot of ground in this message about growing spiritually, so we wanted to make sure that you are able to get all of the information. Here are the lists of characteristics of a spiritually mature disciple that were projected on Sunday morning.
