Who, What, When and Where?
David and Becca found Hope in 2017 and... well... kinda... wanted to do everything... they started out on the welcome team, eventually added HopeKids Volunteering to the mix, started leading a financial stewardship ministry at church, and have led a life group for 2 years. Hope Church finally told David if he was going to hang around the building so often, he might as well help get some stuff done... so he joined the staff in 2021.
This is a multi-generational life group; singles, young married couples, retired missionaries and one of the best prayer warriors. Right now, all our life groups are studying the Story of Scripture- but Friendsgiving is an annual tradition, and they like to get their hands dirty with service projects too! Oh... did I mention Becca is a trained baker? Like, "I judge people who use box cake mixes" good...
The Long life group meets Mondays from 7pm-9pm in the chapel at 104.9 the River- the stained glass and resource library really helps our study!
